This winter, as I sit watching the sunrise, tears quietly rolling down my face, these are the words that come. If there were a fireplace here, I would invite you to sit with me by the fire, to warm your hands, to rest, and to listen.
We live in a time of deep longing.
A longing to be seen, to be met, to be held without having to perform, fix, or protect.
A longing to share the love, power, and richness that live within us, and to trust that another can truly receive it.
So many of us carry separation in our bodies. A forgetting of how to rest in presence, in stillness, in the quiet strength that holds us steady from within.
We have learned distorted ways of relating to power and tenderness, structure and flow, the masculine and the feminine inside us. And yet, the longing remains.
What I am witnessing again and again, especially in my work with couples, is that when we enter a true relational field, something begins to soften.
What was unfinished finds a place in the body.
What once felt like threat becomes information.
The other is no longer someone to blame or lean on, but a counterpart, a mirror, a support for continued expansion. And in this winter quiet, something else has been gestating.
For years, people have asked me why I don’t write a book. I never felt the moment was right. But now, through this long witnessing, through the tenderness and clarity that winter brings, a seed has taken form.
What is being born is not a book of answers, but a transmission map.
A map for a collapsing paradigm and an emergent one.
A bridge between precision, clarity, and presence, and the wild, ever-expanding intelligence of intuition, emotion, and feeling.
When structure learns to listen, and life is allowed to move again, a new dimension opens.
This manuscript is arising from that meeting. What I offer, whether in writing, in retreats, or in shared inquiry, is not a path to follow, but a field to remember. A bridge between the programs we carry and the essence that we are. This bridge is alchemy.
And it feels needed now.
✧ Couples, February ✧
Do You Remember What This Work Is About? This is not about improving your relationship. It is about meeting what is alive between you, with presence. In our couples work, we explore intimacy as a living relational field, where unfinished stories, inherited patterns, desire, fear, and love can all belong. Where the other is no longer the problem, nor the solution, but a sacred counterpart in the remembering of who you are.
Our next couples weekend begins in early February.

✧ Untamed ✧
Incarnating Consciousness, a journey for women and men
May 2026 to January 2027.
Untamed is an invitation to live what you sense, not as an idea, but in your body, your breath, and your relationships. It is a journey for women and men who feel the pull to come home to themselves, beyond roles, adaptation, and inherited ways of holding life together. Through elemental weekend immersions, we explore the meeting of opposites, love and will, structure and flow, masculine and feminine, not to fix them, but to learn how to relate through them with presence and truth.
Untamed is not rebellion. It is remembrance. If something in you softens, opens, or quietly says yes, trust that.
✧ Coming Soon, A Podcast ✧
On the Masculine, the Feminine, and the Bridge Between Them
Before the book comes, there will be a voice.
Starting in January, I’ll be sharing a short podcast series exploring the distorted masculine and feminine we’ve inherited, how these distortions live in our bodies and relationships, and what becomes possible when they begin to realign.
This is not theory.
It is a lived inquiry into power and tenderness, will and love, structure and life. If this speaks to you, stay close. More soon. This bridge is alchemy. And it feels needed now. With Winter warmth in my heart
Elisabeth.
