Who is behind authentic ecstasy?

A little bit of my story

I was born in Barcelona. I have traveled extensively and lived in different countries.
I am a mother.
Dance and body movement have been my creative passion and a portal to great learning. I love the stage as the transformative space it is, where I find profound freedom.
I have participated in various choral theater works and also as a soloist.
My passion is to live and inspire others to dare to be the creators they are.
I focus my attention on my loving connection with the wild, the irrational, all that is earthly, and the intuitive.

I choose to be led by the body and the heart, which have always been my great guides. I am moved by the poetry that emerges when we ‘enter life’ and learn to be conscious creators and lovers of life, open to the great mystery that underpins our entire human experience.
I am recognized as the one who names the unnameable and the bringer of acceptance of the unacceptable.
I lived in India for nine years. There I initially immersed myself in the teachings of Tibetan Buddhism and then continued on my own path of self-discovery, encountering a variety of ways and paths that continue to support me in my return home to my essence.

I trained and graduated with a master’s degree as a psychosynthetic therapist and had a private practice as a psychosynthetic therapist and other orientations for 15 years in England.

Together with my partner, Mark Josephs, we co-founded a movement called “Social Alchemy” to support the awakening of the memory of our essential nature and innate knowledge, while learning to creatively manage the inherited program that distracts us from that memory and power within each of us.

The path is to awaken individually and collectively to our inner freedom, together with others and our environment.
We offered several programs in Europe and the US.

Over the last 5 years, I developed my own project called “Authentic Ecstasy” with its retreat center near Barcelona.
From there, I offer events and courses for men, women, and couples.
My passion continues to lead me to travel to different countries where I continue to offer courses and experiences for our awakening.

My love for dance, music, and theater has accompanied me not only in my personal development, but has also become the playground for all the different aspects of my “work,” which I call my offerings…

I am passionate about empowering women and men. I see myself as a “bridge between opposites,” accompanying others in rediscovering the depth of their being, so they can bring their gifts to this hungry world.
